Performance contract

The Accident Investigation Board and the Ministry of Transport signs a performance contract on wishes and expectations for the AIB's development and results.

Among other things, the performance contract presents our mission, vision, and strategic challenges and establishes the specific result standards of each year.

The performance contract is not a usual contract made via a contract law. However, the Ministry of Transport still takes the parliamentary responsibility.

Valid legislation, international conventions, budget and grant rules, and accords shall be adhered to, unless the authority to deviate has been granted.

The actual performance contract is valid for the time period from 2019 until 2022 (in Danish only).
